Risk management in the organization

The diploma thesis focuses on the general process of risk management in the selected company Appelis.com, a.s., branch plant. At the beginning, a basic search on a given topic is defined, such as risk, risk approaches or risk reduction methods. The main objective, the sub-objectives and the methods needed to achieve them are set out below. In the next part there is an analytical part of the current state of the company. It is an overview of the internal and external environment of the company, afterwards summarized into the SWOT analysis. The outputs of potential risks are made from previous analyzes and their severity is assessed in the risk matrix. At the end of the thesis, there is a discussion and suggestions for risk management in the company. The main output of this work is the identification and analysis of potential risks that may affect the organization.

This thesis is aimed at analysis of a selected company – ELMART s.r.o. The goal of the thesis is to formulate recommendations based on results of performed analyses and to suggest measures for improvement of the current state. Among the chosen methods of analysis are: PESTLE analysis, fundamental analysis, Kralick Quicktest, ratio analysis and SWOT analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, in which the characteristics of the chosen analysis methods are explained, and a practical part which deals with their processing. The conclusion of the thesis suggests recommendations based on results of performed analyses and aimed at improving the current state.

The thesis deals with the analysis of the MSK Břeclav s.r.o. company, identification of particular risks of the company and subsequent optimization of its management and ensuring financial stability. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first identifies theoretical background, the second analyses the club using the organization structure analysis, SLEPT and SWOT analyses, fundamental analysis, Porter's five forces model, MCKinsey 's 7S model and RIPRAN risk analysis method. Based on the identified data, the thesis then provides proposed solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.

The aim of my thesis is to analyze this company and propose appropriate solution for improving company's market situation and company's efficiency. Analysis used in this thesis are internal and external environment analysis, SLEPTE analysis, fundamental and financial analysis, Porter's model and finally SWOT analysis. Thesis begins with theoretical section, where the applied analysis are described. This section is followed by practical part and the thesis results are proposals to improve the overall situation of trading company Water Element ltd.

On the basis of findings, I provide proposals for solutions and their benefits resulting from the performed analyses.
